We aim to give you the skills that allow you to fall in love with the sport of weightlifting, working with you to build the perfect plan to build from whatever stage of training you are currently at.
We deliver our sessions with the goal of giving you the confidence to practice weightlifting when you're not under the watchful eye of your coach. We don't just tell you what to do, but educate you on the technical aspects of the lifts and our strength training principles.
When you leave the session, your coach is still your coach. We are there to answer questions on any aspect of training so you can take the sport with you wherever you go.
