Beginners Starter Pack

Learning Olympic Weightlifting doesn’t need to be overwhelming. We believe that the sport is easily accessible for everyone.

 

Our beginners pack is designed to give you the very best start to Olympic Weightlifting. 

It’s 5 modules that are delivered as a mix of 1-2-1 (or with a friend), group training and online support. Included in the course is:

    •    5 classes

    •    Open gym access for a month

    •    Mobility (1-2-1)

    •    Snatch (1-2-1)

    •    Clean (1-2-1)

  • Jerk (1-2-1)

    •    Accessory work (1-2-1)

    •    Online course material

    •    Coach support

 

This package is £397 for 1 person, or you can share the cost with £497 for 2 (£248.50 each). We believe that the combination is a fantastic kick-start into weightlifting, it’s designed to build confidence, strong skill set and unparalleled understanding of how to progress and enjoy the sport for many years to come. 

 

Quick Start 

Want to get started quicker or just want to brush up on your technique, why not book a Quick Start session? It’s a 2 hour session that covers all the basic drills for the snatch and clean & jerk. The session will be tailored to your needs and ensure that you leave feeling inspired and confident to get the most out of your training. This is delivered 1-2-1 and costs £150 for 1 person or £200 for 2 (£100 each).
